The first step is putting calcium carbide of 10-200mm into the reaction room. Second, turn on starting device by adding water into generator from higher water tank till water overflows. Then the carbide is transported to the feeding platform, and material feeding tube is blown and cleaned by nitrogen gas with purity of more than 98%. Move down sealing cap and close it on time and then carbide reacts with water to produce acetylene gas. Acetylene gas enters into gas holder after cleaning.
In order to remove phosphine, hydrogen sulfide and other impurity substances, gas enters into purification tower and neutralization tower after it is compressed, cooled and dried(separating gas and water). Dried gas that enters into acetylene compressor will be dried and cleaned by oil-water separator and high pressure dryer again. This step ensures ≥98%purity of gas.
Under the pressure of compressor, high purity gas comes into filling row and is filled into acetylene gas cylinder.
